Particleboard

Is most commonly used in inexpensive computer desks, furniture, and kitchenware. It's low-cost, made from woodworking waste, and has extremely high water absorption. This can be identified by examining the openings, joints, and edges. Manufacturers often use imitation paper, wood, or plastic veneers, edge-wrapping with other materials, and then painting it with various colors. Unscrupulous manufacturers and dealers often use its deceptively realistic appearance, taking advantage of buyers' lack of knowledge about raw materials, to pass it off as solid wood.

Plywood

Is more commonly found in low- to mid-range wooden furniture. Because it's made of spliced solid wood, different wood species result in different prices. Its compressive strength varies greatly depending on the wood species and manufacturing process. If the surface finish is poor, it will crack under exposure to sunlight and moisture.

MDF (Medium-density Fiberboard)

Is more commonly found in ordinary computer desks, office furniture, and home furniture. It's also used for indoor exhibition stands and displays. Its waterproof and moisture-proof properties are not ideal. It's prone to expansion and cracking and cannot be used in humid environments like bathrooms. However, some unscrupulous manufacturers and distributors often use MDF products with wood veneer to deceive consumers into believing they are solid wood.

Moisture-resistant board

Although this type of board has some moisture-resistant properties, and some manufacturers use melamine veneer, it contains a lot of moisture-resistant glue, resulting in seriously excessive formaldehyde content, making it not an environmentally friendly building material.

Oak board

Oak has a unique wood grain, a rot-resistant heartwood, high density, and a hard texture, belonging to the hardwood category. Home furnishings made of oak possess the dignified, stable, and noble advantages of mahogany furniture, but at a much lower price. Due to its numerous advantages, oak is widely used to make beer barrels, wine barrels, bathroom tubs, flooring, outdoor wooden bridges, etc. It is the ideal material for making bathroom cabinets. Oak can be divided into white oak and red oak according to color. Its production in my country is extremely rare, and it is generally imported from the United States, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Stainless steel

Sheets are made from high-quality stainless steel sheets and other materials through several processes. They come in a variety of styles and have unique designs. They are environmentally friendly, moisture-proof, mildew-proof, rust-proof, and waterproof. They do not produce any harmful substances, are beautiful and durable, and can also be recycled.
