Full-cycle Management: Covering the entire process including order review, pre-production feasibility verification, raw material inspection, in-process control, finished product testing, and after-sales service.
Precise Demand Alignment: Joint review by multiple departments to achieve 100% matching of customer product specifications and performance requirements.
Strict Raw Material Selection Standards: Verify that raw materials comply with order requirements, including dimensional accuracy, craftsmanship, surface finish, quantity, and other indicators. Only qualified materials are allowed to enter the production process.
Woodworking Process Control: Strictly monitor woodworking style, precision, dimensions, hardware installation, veneer adhesion, edge banding, assembly, and surface sanding to ensure the structural stability and appearance quality of woodwork meet standards.
Painting Process Inspection: Strictly follow classified implementation standards for painting processes. Samples are made according to the color swatch (confirmed by the customer) before mass production. The final surface must be completely dry and smooth, with color deviation controlled within 95% of the color swatch, and free of color variation, residues, or edge "white lines".
Zero-defect Requirement for Finished Products: No color deviation, residues, or edge defects, with a dry and smooth surface.
