White Prime Door
Our white primer doors use finger-jointed wood, plywood, or LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) for the stiles and rails.
Solid MDF is adopted for the panels, with a density of 800kg/m³, delivering excellent noise reduction performance.
In our factory, UV curing primer is applied twice or more and followed by sanding-this ensures full coverage of the base color, a smooth surface, and readiness for topcoat application.
Additionally, the door frames and rail construction, crafted from solid wood or plywood, enhance the door's durability while providing the tactile experience of a solid wood door.
The rails and stiles are processed according to the customer's required dimensions, guaranteeing a precise fit for the door.
A variety of shaker-style designs are available; we also accept OEM orders tailored to the customer's specific product requirements.
